Annaul Plan For Academic Year 2009-10


School Days and Timings :
			  	Pre-primary	 	Primary& Secondary
Monday to Friday 		9.00 am to 12.00 pm		7.30 am to 1.30 pm
Saturday 			Holiday			7.30 am to 11.40 am

Meet the Headmistress :
1)	Parents can meet the Principal on Wednesday and Saturday between
	9.00 am to 11.00 am by prior appointment
2)	Any other day – By appointment in case of emergency

Meet the supervisor :
1)	Parents can meet the supervisor on Tuesday and Friday between 
	9.00 am to 11.00 am.
2)	Any other day – By appointment in case of emergency.

Meet the Teachers :
1)	Parents can meet teachers on all last working days according the
	given schedule in the calender, &
2)	Parents can meet teachers only on saturdays. 

School Terms :
First Term 		Mon. 8th June 2009 to Sat. 10 th Oct. 2009
Second Term 		Mon. 26th Oct. 2009 to Tues. 13th April.2010

Vacations :
 Mid Term Break : 	Mon. 12th Oct 2009 to Sat. 24th Oct. 2009
 Winter Break      :	Thurs. 24th Dec 2009 to Sat. 2nd Jan. 2010.

School Fees : 
   First Instalment to be paid between 1st June 2009 to 30 th June 2009
   Second Instalment to be paid between 1st Sept. 2009 to 20th Sept. 2009
   Third Instalment to be paid between 1st Dec. 2009 to 20th Dec. 2009
   Fourth Instalment to be paid between 1st March 2010 to 20th March 2010 

If fees are not paid in time , a fine of Rs. 5 /- will be leived per day. 
If the fees are not paid in the given schedule then the parents has to
pay it in the Bank directly at Dr. Withhalrao Vikhe PAtil 
Co-operative Bank ltd.

•	The calender is to help you keep in touch with the school activities 
	throughout the year.
•	Please put this calender in a prominent place, easily available
	to your child.
•	Please use this calender to plan your holidays, so that your 
	child does not miss school.
•	Leave will not be granted during the working sessions of the term.
•	Please note that scheduled activities may have to be changed at 
	short notice due to unavoidable circumstances.
